I lead product strategy and delivery for Possession Partner, Resident Interface’s LegalTech eviction-management business within its broader PropTech portfolio. I led development of a unified evictions platform spanning intake through set-out and post-case workflows. My work includes defining a configurable workflow engine for jurisdiction, client, property, case-stage, deadline, and exception logic; shaping case and document management, client and attorney portals, task queues, SLA controls, audit history, and role-based permissions; and leading product definition for bidirectional property-management integrations. I also lead development of agentic AI eligibility review with human-in-the-loop escalation and partner with Engineering on platform architecture, API boundaries, structured court data, e-filing and court-portal integrations, PII controls, observability, and recovery from failed submissions.

About me.

I’m Sara—a technical product manager with a full-stack engineering foundation and a track record of turning complex, high-risk workflows into reliable, configurable products. My career has taken me from software development and entrepreneurship to engineering leadership and product, giving me the ability to move comfortably between customer problems, business rules, system architecture, APIs, data flows, and delivery.

Today, I lead product for a PropTech and LegalTech platform that orchestrates the eviction process from intake through resolution. I work across operations, legal, client, and engineering teams to simplify jurisdiction-specific workflows, reduce manual work, strengthen platform reliability, and design integrations and AI-assisted capabilities that make complex decisions easier to manage.

I do my best work where the systems are messy, the rules are nuanced, and the path forward is not obvious. I bring structure to ambiguity, translate between technical and nontechnical teams, and stay close enough to implementation to help teams make practical tradeoffs.

Outside of tech, I volunteer as a photographer for a nonprofit supporting people with disabilities. That work has reinforced something I also bring to product: thoughtful experiences begin with paying attention to real people and making room for them to feel understood.
